The ceilings in 2 of the 4 apartments in this Point Piper block required an alternative to replacing ceilings with fire rated linings.
CAP recognised applicators were able to work with owners to minmise disruption while existing ceilings were restored and fire rated with the CAP508 intumescent paint system to achieve an FRL of 90/90/90 and meet the requirements of the fire order
